Not at all. Our beginner-friendly programs are designed for people of all ages and fitness levels — no prior experience needed.
What should I wear to my first class?
If you don’t have a gi (uniform) yet, just come in comfortable athletic wear. We’ll take care of the rest.
Is Jiu-Jitsu safe for kids?
Absolutely. Our kids' program is taught by certified instructors in a safe, structured, and positive environment that promotes respect and discipline.
How much does it cost to join?
We offer flexible membership options. Your first trial class is free — and we’ll walk you through all pricing options after your visit.
Can I just watch a class before I decide?
Yes! You're welcome to visit and watch a session or speak with one of our coaches before jumping in.
